You retain ownership of medical data and content you input into the Service.

Synic AI retains all rights to the platform, software, algorithms, templates, interfaces, and service design.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, misuse of the Service, or activity that creates risk for Synic AI, users, patients, or partners.

Upon termination, account data may be retained for 30 days for potential recovery, then deleted unless retention is required by law.
