Current scope
Synic Relay is in early access. Until we announce support for protected health information, please do not enter medical records or other clinically sensitive documents. We collect only what the product needs to work, and nothing you enter is sold or shared for advertising.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting conversation.
Demonstration data
Interactive demonstration data may be stored in your browser so that the experience can continue across pages. It is not intended for real household use. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls.
How the product is designed
Synic Relay follows data-minimization and purpose-limitation principles. Care knowledge is intended to remain sealed until an authorized workflow makes a role-specific view necessary. Access and human decisions are designed to be logged.
Changes
This policy will change before Synic Relay accepts real household data. Any future production release will describe its processors, retention periods, security controls, and individual rights in detail before enrollment.
