TTerms
Terms for using Synic Relay.
Effective July 24, 2026
Early access
Synic Relay is an early-access product for organizing care continuity. It is not a medical device, emergency response service, legal service, or substitute for professional care, case management, or emergency services.
Sensitive information
Until Synic Relay announces support for protected health information, you agree not to enter medical records or other clinically regulated documents. Keep entries to the practical knowledge a trusted friend would need.
No emergency reliance
Do not rely on Synic Relay to detect or respond to an emergency. If you believe someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service and trusted people directly.
Human decisions
The demonstration is designed so AI can propose and recommend but cannot independently activate an escalation. Even so, all outputs must be reviewed by a qualified person before they are used.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product is evaluated. These terms will be replaced with fuller production terms before the service accepts real household data.
